My Experience When I’m Doing a Healing

So energy healing is not done the way people think it is. Energy does not come out of my hands or my eyes to make changes in my clients. Energy healing is not even done in the world that we commonly recognize, that of three-dimensional time and space.

The best way I can describe it is that healing is done in the energetic realm which has very different mechanisms and different physics. For example, distance can be an issue in our world, but it isn’t an issue at all in the energetic realm. That’s why I can work on someone 3000 miles away just as easily as if they were in my office.

How do I access the energetic realm? It’s basically just a shift in consciousness.The first step is to relax and to direct my awareness inwards. There are realms deeper than our physical world and our awareness is quite capable of dropping into those realms. I know when I’m in the energetic realm because my body relaxes and sighs. At that point my vision shifts to what we think of as the “third eye.” This is also known as clairvoyance. My client’s body then appears to me as a  hologram. I have complete control over the hologram, I can turn it to gain a better vantage point, I can zoom in to any point that needs work, I can even shift frequencies so that I can see different aspects of their system. All of this is controlled by my intention.

The energetic realm is navigated by intention. If I have a question about my client’s system all I have to do is ask the question internally and the answer will appear. It may not be immediate, but the answer will always appear.

So the senses I have in the energetic realm are clairvoyance and a sort of kinesthetic sense of what is happening with my clients body. For instance things may feel dense or jangly or electrical or cold. Any sensation that I can feel with my physical body I can feel with the kinesthetic sense in the energetic realm. Other healers are able to hear or smell and this is how they gain information about their clients. Neither of those senses work for me in the energetic realm.

Once I’m in that state of consciousness, in the energetic realm, issues become visible. I generally start at the feet and work my way up through the energy system, checking to see if chakras are functioning properly and how enregy is flowing. There’s an amazing amount of information available in this realm. Information about how the client is at this present moment, information about emotional or physical traumas they have had, even information about past lives is accessible.

How do I fix things? The basic process is that I hold troubled areas in my awareness. The energy of our bodies is incredibly intelligent and is always striving to move toward more life. When I hold areas in my awareness it frees them to move toward a more healthy state, a more whole state. This process can take fractions of a second or many minutes, depending on the depth of the trauma and my ability to hold it and truly sense into what the damage or trauma is.

When things shift to a more healthy state there’s a deep relaxation that I feel and my clients generally notice. During a healing session there are many such shifts, dozens of them. The cumulative effect of that is quite remarkable, clients will often fall asleep and wake up feeling enormously refreshed with clearer thinking and a more tranquil emotional environment. Physiologically the body is operating at a more optimal level, pain is reduced, and stress markers come down significantly.

My conscious mind is not smart enough nor even the slightest bit capable of effecting the changes that occur during an energy healing. It is at the subconscious level, the level of the intelligence of the energy itself that these incredibly complex and beautiful changes occur. The conscious mind of course is involved and to certain extent directs the treatment but it must always give way to the higher intelligence of our bodies.
